BPM Software Integration

BPM CYT supports BPMS (Business Process Management System) and iBPMS (intelligent Business Process Management Suite) Vendors, in their software package integration for their customers.

The Vendors' teams are perfectly aware of the added value their software package brings to organizations - companies and public administrations. But sometimes they have a too technical approach to the subject and their vision of the organizations issues is not exhaustive.

Therefore some Vendors choose to be supported by companies like BPM CYT, whose expertise is 100% BPM, and for a long time now. Indeed BPM CYT is a pioneer in BPM, having started its activities in 2009, while the BPMN 2.0 standard was delivered to the market in 2010.

We are requested by the Vendors' customers for two types of services - at start-up and advanced (see further)

Startup services

* Process Mining

We rely on specific Process Mining software, to which we incorporate digital footprints left by the information systems - ERP, CRM, WMS, etc., throughout their operations. The incorporation of these digital fingerprints and the application of Artificial Intelligence allows the generation of a "digital twin" of a process, with all its variants. The objective is to discard inefficient variants and thus generate substantial savings.

* Process automation and RPA (Robotic Process Automation)

Companies concerned by their business processes optimization, at some point seek to automate some of the manual tasks of said processes for greater efficiency. At BPM CYT we provide our expertise to select the processes and within these processes, the tasks that should be automated. We indicate the metrics, SLAs and KPIs to be defined in the dashboards that will reflect the automation of the operation and finally the most appropriate automation method.

* BPMN Expertise

Modeling a business process with the BPMN (Business Process Model & Notation) modeling standard allows for the rigor and ease of change (in the face of changes in the environment) essential for good process management. And a BPMN model is the core of every BPM project. We contribute our expertise in this area, which is often excessively underestimated.

Advanced services

* Audit of the organization and its governance by processes

We support companies in their core processes identification, the way in which these processes are formalized and the level of satisfaction with this formalization. Then we provide methodological tools to improve its formalization and widespread use in the company.

* Repository and process mapping

We support companies in the analysis of the current state of the process registry, in the recommendation of a process repository - with a relevant nomenclature -, and a mapping that describes the multiplicity of relationships between those processes.
