Consulting

According to Gartner, the BPM approach is essential to the success of the adaptation of
businesses to the changes - in terms of technologies (notably AI), regulations and competition - impact.

BPM CYT helps businesses to effectively manage change through decision-making, optimization and monitoring of their business processes, so as to create a competitive edge - immediate and on-going. We offer a highly specialized mix of know-how, methodologies and tools allowing businesses to quickly generate value, measurable results and long-lasting BPM solutions.

Support for process taking over

The management teams of large companies have understood that in order to be responsive, their processes must be regularly documented, reviewed, adapted and optimized so as to adapt to their evolving environments. They also know that such adaptable business processes generate greater profits and thus a real competitive edge. Many companies don't have in-house process specialists with expertise on BPM and BPMN (Business Process Model & Notation). At BPM CYT, we support companies in their thoughts on their processes, in the efficient use of BPMN 2.0, and in the providing of an accurate methodology.

At BPM CYT, we support our customers through the audit and analysis of their business processes, the design or update of their functional architecture, the implementation of RPA robots and the creation of a process repository.

RPA (Robotic Process Automation)

Robotic process automation and business process management are complementary partners in driving digital transformation initiatives. RPA has received a lot more publicity in recent years, but BPM is an essential discipline and a key enabler in scaling RPA projects.

RPA programmable software, or bots, automates manual, repetitive, rules-based tasks by mimicking the way humans click and type through typical business applications, freeing up employees to work on more value-critical tasks.

BPM is a business discipline that helps companies better understand and improve how they operate so they can streamline workflows, boost overall productivity, eliminate waste, lower costs, and increase agility, scalability and process efficiency.

RPA makes any process faster, including a bad one, while BPM can improve an existing process.

Design or update of an Enterprise Architecture

Enterprise architecture (EA) is the analysis of the overall structure of an organization, which describes its components, including its operational processes, its systems and information flows, and its methodologies and technologies used.

From a certain size, companies call on enterprise architects to correct their failing processes.

The main advantages of enterprise architecture are:
* implementing agile methods across the company to accelerate product deployments and connect different isolated groups within the company.
* the ability to capture various sources of information, store them, structure them and analyze them to resolve unforeseen or predictable problems in business maps.
* the implementation of standardized processes that help companies not only improve, but also better respond to changes.

At BPM CYT, we support our customers in understanding their organization through technical and functional mapping (BPMN, ArchiMate), the implementation of good practices (TOGAF), and proposing future diagrams that can improve the fluidity of their structure.

Business Intelligence improvement thanks to BPM

Companies that have set up a BPMS (Business Process Management Suite) are sure about something: to model and to implement is fine, to measure and to anticipate is even better. From a BPM point of view, Business Intelligence is an extension of the information obtained from the processes, because it adds to its main goal – the modelling and execution of business processes -, the ability to analyze the current framework and to provide, in a proactive way, decision elements.

Should our customers already use a BPMS, then BPM CYT offers support in the thoughts and analysis of some processes optimization, in particular by the adding of KPIs corresponding to the information the company wants to extract form their processes.
