Order Tracking: from the problem to the solution

The issue addressed was the tracking of an order, once registered.

Indeed, the following was done on paper or via Excel, and when the commercial wished to have information on the order status, he or she had to contact two company's services to get a complete response, making the process weighing and ineffective.

A process comprising forty tasks was set up: order entry, delivery, DTP ( DeskTop Publishing ) and production.
